Autumn Affair Gala

The Elmhurst Memorial Hospital Foundation's 7^th Annual Autumn Affair gala will take place on Saturday, September 17, 2011 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago.

Event Schedule

• 6:00 pm Cocktails, hors d'oeuvres and silent auction
• 7:00 pm Dinner, followed by live auction and dancing

This elegant evening will include a silent auction, a live auction emceed by NBC5's Allison Rosati, dancing to the Stanley Paul Orchestra and much more.

Proceeds from the 2011 Autumn Affair will once again benefit the Power of Prevention community health screening initiative at Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare. This ongoing initiative is scheduled to include free and discounted screenings and educational events for the residents of our surrounding communities, high-risk children, Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare employees and many other local audiences in need of our services. Additionally, a portion of the funds from the 2011 Autumn Affair will benefit the Social Service Fund which assists patients, families and others cared for by Elmhurst Memorial Healthcare and its affiliates in financial need as the result of a medical crisis.
